Fall Intensives are December 9th - 19th, 2024

Intensive Daily Release Times

Intensive Daily Schedule will be: Monday 9:45-3:00pm and Tuesday-Friday 8:45-2:00pm

During intensives, we will be moving to a different release time for the day than we have during the regular semester. We will start each day at the same time as the rest of the semester (9:45 on Monday and 8:45 Tuesday-Friday); however, students will be released at 3:00 on Mondays and 2:00 on Tuesday through Friday. This earlier release time will give teachers their contractual planning time to do all the things they need to do.

Waivers/Scholarships for Intensives

We encourage students to fill out the Intensive Waiver/Travel Scholarships in a timely manner, so that we can provide them with funding to cover the intensive class they wish to attend. We want every student to have the ability to participate in intensives, no matter the cost, and always encourage open conversation between students and staff about waivers and scholarship. Students can speak with their advisor or Front Office staff about completing the Intensive Waiver/Travel Scholarship forms. To ensure students receive their waivers on time for the December 2024 Intensives, they must turn in their completed forms no later than the end of day on Friday, November 1st.

Pricing for December 2024 Intensives 
These are costs per student. The name of the intensive is not listed on Student Connect, they are just assigned to "Period 0, Intensive" with the teacher who is running the intensive. In order to make payment, you will need to find the list of payments available in Parent Connect, and select the matching intensive number. For example, if you need to pay for Rock Climbing with Katharine, you will need to select "Intensive 131." Payment can also be made in the Front Office using cash or check. We unfortunately, do not have the ability to take credit cards in the Front Office.
