Cell Phone and Earbud Policy

  • South High School Electronic Device Policy

    • All cell phones, earbuds, and other electronic communication devices must be stored in student lockers. Students may use their devices before/after school, during passing periods and at lunch. 
    • Students with late arrival (and/or) early dismissal and TAs are also expected to follow these expectations. 
    • Laptops/Chromebooks will be used at teacher discretion based on curricular need.
    • Therefore, no cell phones will be present in classrooms, hallways, offices, bathrooms or any other areas within the school while class is in session.
