  • IT Goals

    Goals:

    • Implement, monitor and maintain the tools and infrastructure required to support students in reading, math, and life readiness and college and/or career readiness 
    • Improve the customer experience when using IT services
    • Improve communication and collaboration across all Information Technology teams
    • Improve the District’s security profile
    • Develop IT’s knowledge of:
      • ASD culture and organizational structure (know where you work)
      • Industry (IT and K-12 education) best practice (know what you should strive to be)
      • Relevant skills and expertise ( knowing what skills and expertise are essential) 
    • Empower IT staff to make informed decisions about their career path, and prepare employees for possible future roles
